So let’s start with the positives. First, I’ll admit that I’m a sucker for super heroes, and using some of my favorite movies as examples of where I could be was engaging. That got my attention, but the regimen and the logic with which everything was presented definitely kept it. The program is pretty structured and rigorous, and I found that if I stuck with it, I did get the results I was after.
